It was a day to remember; exactly 9 years and 364 days to the date Mike "The Crotch" Croft left this earth for the Great Hash in the Sky.  "Uncle Mike" had founded the Horrors way back when there were only adult Hashes dominating the scene.  He wanted to have a family-oriented hash in Singapore so that at least the wives could see it wasn't so bad as that and thereby leave the hashmen alone when it came to their nights out in turn!  Mike not only founded the Horrors, but remained the Head Horror for a total of 12 years, proving yet again the adage that in Singapore you absolutely cannot get anyone else to volunteer....!

Anyway, the pack gathered round and off they went to the site of Mike's grave at Christian Cemetery Path 6.  There an old friend, Jim "Virginia Slim" Eller, and his co-hare, Kaye "Shoe Shopper" Daly kept the pack together while Jim said a few words about Mike.  After treating Mike to his favourite can of Tiger, Jim had all the Horrors shout a big "Thank You!" and off the pack ran to continue to enjoy the legacy that "Uncle Mike" left behind.

So here's to Uncle Mike, He's True Blue
